Acro Jam is a day where acrobats from different cities come together to train, play and inspire each other in a relaxed atmosphere. There is room to play freely and there is the possibility to follow one or more workshops. The acrojam is suitable for all acobates: from beginner to advanced and everything in between!

At acrobatics association Op de Kop in Utrecht, Sanne Hamstra will give specialization courses in partner acrobatics: Banquine and hand to hand in hands. You can choose to take one (€45) or both courses (€75).To be able to join, some experience in partner acrobatics is required.

Every Thursday morning from 8.30 am to 9.30 am you work together on strength, balance and coordination, while having fun and working on confidence. The exercises alternate between strength, balance and coordination training and challenge you to work together with different participants. You don't have to bring a partner; We work with each other and make sure that everyone feels welcome and included. Strong Together (Samen Sterk) is a playful, dynamic class in which you become stronger and more flexible, while at the same time learning to trust yourself and each other. Expect an hour full of exercise, connection and a healthy dose of fun. Here you can laugh, try and grow.
The classes take place at Da Luz Health Center (Tuinlaan 76) in Schiedam. To register for these classes you must be in possession of a 10-times-pass or monthly subscription. Or try out 1 week of different classes with a trial week! (€15) More info + registration:
